The Junior Operator Production will be responsible for executing production operations in compliance with GMP standards and safety requirements. This role includes operating equipment, maintaining documentation, ensuring housekeeping, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment efficiently as per SOP to achieve production targets.
- Perform unit operations as per batch manufacturing records and ensure GMP compliance.
- Optimize resource utilization for maximum productivity.
- Maintain equipment and facility readiness for audits.
- Provide suggestions to improve processes and optimize the use of consumables.
- Execute and update online documentation to ensure data integrity.
