Education:
M Pharm Degree
Experience:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry.
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, UPLC/UHPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, potentiometer, and other QC instruments.
- Strong knowledge of chromatography and spectroscopy techniques.
- Good documentation practices, such as ALCOA+.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Senior Executive Job Description:
The Senior Executive will be responsible for method development, validation, method transfer, and R&D stability studies using instruments such as UPLC, HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, and polarimeter. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining safe laboratory practices, and maintaining efficient documentation.
Senior Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate Assay & related substances methods for drug substance/product.
- Manage stability studies, perform data analysis, and maintain sample storage.
- Operate and maintain HPLC, UPLC (Empower-3), GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, balances, potentiometer, and stability chambers.
- Prepare and review raw data sheets, SOPs, and instrument procedures.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices and QMS processes (incidents, deviations, change control).
- Maintain inventory of pharmacopeial standards, chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
- Use MS Office, Outlook, and other essential tools for daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and external users overseas.
