Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific (PPD clinical research portfolio) is hiring a Safety Reporting Coordinator (requisition R-01371321, posted 26 October 2026) for its Pharmacovigilance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Submission of expedited and periodic safety reports to applicable parties, with scanning, indexing, filing (electronic and paper), safety tracker completion, quality checks and archiving per SOPs and WPDs.
  • Audit readiness support, meeting organisation, minute taking, report reconciliation and work distribution.
  • Extracting reporting information from the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
  • Maintaining contact lists and project allocation.
  • Training PV staff on safety reporting processes.
  • Coordinating study files and inventories for clients.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience comparable to at least 2 years (an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered).
