Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, prepare and submit expedited and periodic safety reports to relevant parties within regulatory timelines.
  • Track submissions and maintain evidence of submission.
  • Identify and escalate quality issues or delays.
  • Coordinate with safety reporting teams.
  • Support leads with project management and may lead small projects.
  • Generate reports and keep contact information current.
  • Prepare, maintain and archive regulatory submission files per work practice documents and client SOPs.
  • Help compile project metrics.
  • Provide administrative support.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.
  • 0 to 2 years of comparable experience.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • MS Office proficiency.
