Required Experience/Skills
- Hands-on experience with patent search paid / non-paid databases (Orbit, sci-finder, etc.)
- Conduct Literature search, Patentability, FTO (Freedom to Operate), and infringement for formulation projects
- Assist in litigation, patent opposition, and legal documentation activities
- Manage and track patent portfolio, annuities, and compliance requirements
- Perform patent landscape analysis, competitor monitoring, and risk assessment
- Support patent drafting, filing, and prosecution in coordination with internal teams and external attorneys
- Collaborate closely with Formulation R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Business teams to align IP strategy
