Job Description
The Young Professional will be engaged in content development and dissemination within the Policy and Communication Division. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of communications content, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining high standards of quality. The Young Professional will also lead graphic design and video production activities, contributing to the effective communication of key messages and enhancing engagement with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of all communications content and social media outputs.
- Provide strategic guidance and conduct quality checks on all content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for content approvals.
- Conceptualize and develop comprehensive social media campaigns.
- Lead and oversee graphic design, video shooting, editing, and production activities.
- Guide the development of reusable templates and visual assets for campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs in alignment with the Division’s objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to draft and refine talking points for various events.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy in AYUSH with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Minimum three years of post-qualification experience in a related field.
- Experience in governmental organizations or international development agencies is desirable.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are essential.
Required Skills
