This Zydus careers role involves preparing study synopses for bioavailability/bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies, coordinating with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and providing technical expertise in clinical pharmacokinetics. The successful candidate will manage BA/BE studies, oversee compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and monitor clinical studies to ensure quality and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare study synopses for BA/BE studies and coordinate with CROs for feasibility and budgeting.
- Provide technical expertise in clinical pharmacokinetics, protocol development, and regulatory submissions.
- Manage BA/BE studies, BENOC/TL applications, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee pilot and pivotal bioequivalence studies, ensuring compliance with GCP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor clinical studies, review study reports, and prepare monitoring reports.
- Perform PK data analysis and interpretation & support regulatory query responses post-submission.
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, bioequivalence studies, and clinical pharmacokinetics is preferred.
