In this Zydus careers role, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing study synopses for BA/BE studies, coordinating with CROs for feasibility and budgeting, and providing technical expertise in clinical pharmacokinetics and protocol development. This role involves managing BA/BE studies, overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare study synopses for BA/BE studies and coordinate with CROs for feasibility and budgeting.
- Provide technical expertise in clinical pharmacokinetics, protocol development, and regulatory submissions.
- Manage BA/BE studies, BENOC/TL applications, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee pilot and pivotal bioequivalence studies, ensuring compliance with GCP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor clinical studies, review study reports, and prepare monitoring reports.
- Perform PK data analysis and interpretation & support regulatory query responses post-submission.
- Preferred experience includes a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, bioequivalence studies, and clinical pharmacokinetics.
