Job Description
- Perform case identification and case intake activities.
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Conduct safety data entry and case management.
- Perform MedDRA coding for adverse events and medical information.
- Review and process drug safety reports.
- Manage case follow-ups and query resolution.
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of safety database records.
- Support adverse event monitoring and reporting activities.
- Follow client-specific pharmacovigilance procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve routine pharmacovigilance cases using established guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Contribute as an individual team member within a structured workflow environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and client-specific requirements.
- Support pharmacovigilance deliverables for global pharmaceutical clients
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
- Experience: 1–3 Years preferred, Freshers with relevant pharmacovigilance knowledge may also be considered
