Job Description
The Pharmacovigilance Services Associate will be responsible for the intake, review, assessment, and processing of adverse event reports to ensure accurate and timely safety reporting in compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and company quality standards. This role includes managing the Affiliate Mailbox, creating and managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database as per client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Individual Case Safety Report Processing.
- Responsible for the intake, review, assessment, and processing of adverse event reports.
- Management of the Affiliate Mailbox and reconciliation of reports.

- Perform MedDRA coding and case processing.
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Follow up on Serious and Non-serious cases.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
