Alembic Lab Manager Job Description
The Alembic Lab Manager will support the Drug Discovery department by managing laboratory operations, overseeing cell culture activities, and coordinating procurement and CRO partnerships. This role is essential for enabling seamless research operations while collaborating closely with scientists and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage laboratory operations & research logistics to support Drug Discovery programs
- Support cell culture and cell line management activities
- Oversee compound, reagent, and inventory management
- Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and CRO partnerships
- Collaborate with scientists & cross-functional teams to ensure smooth research execution
Alembic Lab Manager Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Drug Discovery, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments
- Experience in cell culture, laboratory operations, and inventory management
- Familiarity with procurement, vendor/CRO coordination, and laboratory systems
