Job Description
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for maintaining and following procedures as per SOPs in daily warehouse activities. This includes receiving materials, physical verification, preparing Good Receipt Notes in ERP systems, and communicating with relevant users and the purchasing department. The role also involves updating records as per cGMP standards, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to SOPs in daily warehouse activities.
- Receive and verify materials, preparing Good Receipt Notes in ERP systems.
- Affix status labels on received materials and update records as per cGMP.
- Coordinate with production, QCC, QA, and maintenance departments.
- Transfer approved raw materials and packaging materials from quarantine to release areas.
- Monitor material retest dates and manage stock records.
- Execute project work related to warehouse operations.
- Review quality management system documents and ensure compliance.
