Job Description
This Scientist Job involves developing and validating bioanalytical methods for drug and metabolite analysis in biological samples. As part of this Apotex Career, the selected candidate will perform method development, clinical sample analysis, data documentation, and regulatory-compliant laboratory activities while following GLP, ICH, USFDA, TGA, and CDSCO guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for drug and metabolite quantification.
- Perform extraction techniques for clinical samples and routine batch sample analysis.
- Prepare project-specific solutions and biological samples.
- Operate laboratory instruments and analytical systems.
- Review and maintain chromatography data and analytical results.
- Perform laboratory investigations and support project activities.
- Document experimental work and compile raw data accurately.
- Follow GLP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve research goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Sc. in Science or M.Pharm. B Pharm candidates may also be considered.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in bioanalytical techniques and clinical sample extraction.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments preferred.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements is required.
