Job Description
This Apotex job involves creating and making formatting changes to draft documents based on supporting documentation from various business units. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing their workload while ensuring compliance with established cycle time commitments. This position serves as the primary technical writer for the change control process, specifically for the creation and review of MMaR and MPaR for the Signet and Etobicoke sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and making formatting changes to draft documents based on supporting documentation.
- Migration of MPPDs into new MMaR & MPaR templates.
- Managing workload and completion of assigned MMaR & MPaR within established cycle time commitments.
- Execution and cancellation of documents in Content Server.
- Drafting and reviewing MMaRs and MPaRs for Richmond Hill Site.
- Working on the creation of Change Control Records for the cancellation of Packaging Material codes.
- Ensuring compliance with current Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science/Pharmacy.
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Required Skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working on online modules/software is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of a document management system is required.
- Ability to be flexible and multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
