Job Description
Develop methods for dissolution and assay testing. Perform analysis for developmental stability and pre-validation using HPLC and GC. Ensure proper documentation and good laboratory practices. Work on USP Type 4 and IVRT studies. Apply reverse engineering and explore new analytical technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tablet compression machines as per approved batch instructions.
- Perform machine setup, tooling changeover, start-up checks, and routine troubleshooting.
- Maintain process parameters and record results.
- Complete batch records and equipment logbooks.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with Production, IPQA, and Engineering to ensure smooth operations and line clearance.
Production – OSD (Compression)
- Positions: Operators & Executives. The Cronus Pharma walk-in drive includes OSD compression opportunities for eligible candidates.
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc.
Key Job Roles
- Plan, supervise, and execute compression activities.
- Ensure line clearance, machine readiness, and in-process quality checks.
- Review BMRu, equipment logs, and production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and documentation.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to support validation and process improvement.

- Positions: Compounding, Washing & Tunnel, Filling & Sealing, Autoclave & T.S. Operators & Executives
- Experience: 1-11 years
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc.
Key Job Roles
- Operate compounding vessels and support solution preparation, filtration, and transfer as per batch.
- Operate vial washing machines and depyrogenation tunnels, monitor cycle parameters and line status.
- Operate vial filling and sealing equipment, perform in-process checks, and ensure container integrity.
- Operate autoclaves and terminal sterilizers; monitor and document sterilization cycles.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety, and documentation requirements.
Engineering
- Position: Executive-Process Instrumentation
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering
Job Description
Maintain and troubleshoot injectable manufacturing lines including breakdown and preventive maintenance. Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and minimal downtime. Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and control systems. Work with Production, QA, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and statutory requirements.
