Job Description:
B Pharm job role focuses on qualification and validation activities within Block H parenteral operations. The candidate will be involved in qualification activities and regulatory summary submissions, contributing to maintaining compliance with global standards in this qa job.
Key Responsibilities:
B Pharm job responsibilities include managing qualification and validation processes efficiently within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Media fill and qualification summary preparation
- Maintain tracking of qualification and validation activities
- Prepare and review protocols and reports
- Execute various qualification and validation activities
- Review technical documents from suppliers (DQ/OQ/IQ/PQ, FAT)
- Coordinate with production and other departments
- Compile and review qualification validation reports on time
- Review equipment documents and calibration reports
- Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Coordinate with external agencies for qualification activities
- Identify deviations through review and observation
- Prepare annual re-qualification/validation schedules and update VMP and SOPs
Qualifications:
B Pharm job requires candidates with the following educational background in B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MSc
Experience Required:
B Pharm job candidates should have:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in USFDA, MHRA, or TGA approved plants
- Relevant exposure to pharmaceutical quality systems and validation processes
