Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA) Trainee Responsibilities
• Assist in reviewing batch manufacturing records and documentation.
• Support the QA team in ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct in-process checks and maintain proper documentation.
• Participate in deviation handling, change controls, and CAPA activities.
• Support internal audits and help maintain quality-related records.
• Coordinate with production and QC departments for quality-related activities.
Production Trainee Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day production activities for API/injectable manufacturing.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, equipment, and follow SOPs.
• Maintain cleanroom hygiene and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support machine operation under supervisor guidance.
• Record production data and maintain accurate log sheets.
• Coordinate with QA and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
Skills & Requirements
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
• Basic understanding of GMP and pharma operations is an advantage.
• Strong learning attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work from Cherlapally, Phase-3 location.
