Job Description

Under BRIC THSTI Recruitment 2026, the Research Scientist (Senior Bioanalyst) will be responsible for conducting bioanalytical method development, validation, and analysis of PK samples in a regulatory-compliant laboratory. The role requires experience in LC-MS/MS based bioanalysis and familiarity with bioanalytical regulatory guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate LC-MS/MS and HPLC methods for quantification of small molecule-based drugs and metabolites.
• Execute regulatory bioanalytical validations aligned with national and international guidance.
• Prepare method development, validation, and analytical protocols for new projects.
• Support implementation of GCP-aligned and quality-compliant bioanalytical processes.
• Provide routine supervision and technical guidance to junior analysts and laboratory staff.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure adherence to laboratory quality systems.
• Participate in internal audits and inspection readiness initiatives.
• Contribute to the revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and controlled documentation.

Senior Bioanalyst Job Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or any branch of chemical or life sciences from a recognized university.
• At least four years of post-qualification experience in bioanalysis in BA/BE setups, CRO, or translational research laboratories.

Required Skills

• Experience in bioanalytical method development and validation.
• Familiarity with bioanalytical regulatory guidance (e.g., USFDA and EMA).
• Knowledge of ICH M10 bioanalytical method validation guidance.
• Ability to operate and maintain LC-MS/MS and HPLC systems.
• Strong documentation and laboratory safety practices.
• Experience in establishing bioanalytical laboratory operations.
• Technical guidance and supervision capabilities.
• Ability to generate analytical summaries and bioanalytical study reports.
