Job Description
The selected candidate for this BPharm Job will be responsible for executing and monitoring packing activities during shifts while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing packing operations, reviewing documentation, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute shift packing activity by managing available resources and reducing micro stoppages of machines to achieve shift targets.
- Review documentation related to packing activities and monitor standard packing parameters as per BPR.
- Maintain system integrity by updating online documentation and performing qualification and calibration of equipment.
- Monitor adherence to safety guidelines during shifts to create a safe working environment.
- Provide training to staff and workmen for packing activities and safety procedures.
- Provide new ideas and simplify processes to reduce cycle time and achieve new targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety training targets by reconciling attendance records monthly.
- Identify complexities and suggest process simplifications to optimize resource utilization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BPharm / B. Sc. (Chemistry)
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in packing with knowledge of handling QMS activities, qualification, and related documents.
