Job Description
This Pharma Freshers Job at Clarivate Career involves extracting scientific information from pharmaceutical and biotechnology patents, indexing and coding biological compounds, and analyzing technical content for the Derwent Innovation platform. The selected candidate will work with patent literature covering recombinant technology, genetic engineering, fermentation, enzymes, vaccines, antibodies, proteins, receptors, and other biological molecules. The role also provides opportunities to develop expertise in intellectual property, patent analysis, scientific content management, pharmaceutical information services, and technical data analysis while collaborating with experienced professionals in a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Index and code biological compounds from patents.
- Extract scientific information from pharma and biotech patents.
- Analyze recombinant technology and genetic engineering data.
- Identify proteins, antibodies, receptors, vaccines, and biomolecules.
- Perform scientific content analysis and indexing.
- Support patent documentation and information management.
- Develop expertise in intellectual property and pharma content.
- Collaborate with global content management teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biochemistry, M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc Molecular Biology, B.Tech Biotechnology or Pharmacology.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in pharma or bio content editing (non-R&D).
