Job Description
The clinical research associate jobs at Medpace are designed for individuals with varied backgrounds in medical and science-related healthcare fields. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with the approved protocol.
- Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians.
- Verify adequate investigator qualifications, training, and resources.
- Ensure accurate documentation practices and communicate protocol deviations.
- Review regulatory documents and manage medical device/investigational product accountability.
- Assess patient recruitment and retention success at clinical research sites.
- Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters detailing significant findings.
- Provide recommendations to secure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health or life science-related field like PharmD is preferred.
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60- 80% nationally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft® Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are a plus.
