Clinical Research Job Description
This clinical research job requires the Clinical Research Coordinator to interact with patients, sponsors, CROs, IEC, lab staff, and other departments to conduct studies according to ICH GCP guidelines, SOPs, and study protocol guidelines. This role serves as the primary line of communication between patients, investigators, and CROs during study conduct activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the rights and well-being of research participants are protected throughout the study.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and regulatory teams to assist in the preparation of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) specific to the trials.
- Maintain all study documentation by completing source documents for each patient and updating Site Master Files.
- Complete CRFs and e-CRFs on time and resolve data queries.
- Ensure and maintain inventory of study consumables, including investigational product handling and equipment calibration.
- Prepare, notify, and track submissions to the Ethics Committee in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with investigators and safety monitoring teams during serious adverse events (SAEs).
- Conduct study closeout visits and archive documents, maintaining records of closeout studies.
Clinical Research Job: Eligibility Criteria
- Degree with a life science background, trained in clinical research (e.g., Diploma in Clinical Research, MSc in Clinical Research, or Pharm D).
- Minimum experience of 1 year; freshers can also apply.
Preferred Language
English, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu.
