Medpace Data Coordinator Job Description
The Medpace Data Coordinator will support clinical data management activities and help ensure the quality, integrity, and timely delivery of clinical trial data. The role involves working with EDC systems, reviewing clinical data, managing queries and discrepancies, supporting data cleaning, and coordinating with sponsors, vendors, and study teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor EDC data quality, CRF completion, query, and SDV metrics.
- Perform clinical data review, cleaning, reconciliation, and discrepancy management.
- Generate, review, and resolve data queries and programmed edit-check outputs.
- Develop and maintain data management documents, specifications, and study plans.
- Conduct UAT and validation of EDC screens, edit checks, and external data processes.
- Manage EDC user access, system support, and training for study teams and sites.
- Coordinate external data transfers, vendor reconciliation, and data-cleaning activities.
- Prepare data metrics and reports to support study tracking and decision-making.
- Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely data delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of clinical data management experience.
- Prior clinical research or site experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
