Job Description
Within Dr. Reddy’s careers, this role is for a packing operations associate responsible for setting up and operating packing line machinery, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety standards. The position involves performing line clearance, managing changeovers, recording batch activities, and maintaining equipment through CLTI and preventive maintenance. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, personal safety practices, and continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and lean initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate packing line machinery, loading materials, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Perform line clearance, manage changeovers, and ensure correct product labeling with batch and regulatory information.
- Record all activities in compliance with GMP, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits.
- Clean and sanitize packing lines, perform CLTI activities, verify calibration, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Report equipment issues, support preventive maintenance, and implement CAPA for repeat issues.
- Follow PPE, hygiene, and safety standards, reporting incidents, and executing LOTO procedures.
- Participate in training sessions, safety drills, SOP updates, and engage in Kaizen, 5S, and lean initiatives.
- Use computerized systems (SOR), digital dashboards (OEE, Plant Visibility, AMPLE), and support root cause analysis to improve efficiency.
