Post Market Surveillance Specialist Job Description
The Post Market Surveillance & Vigilance Specialist will focus on global post-market surveillance, vigilance, complaint handling, regulatory reporting, trend monitoring, and PMS data analysis. This Post Market Surveillance Specialist role requires collaboration with various teams to support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform intake, review, assessment, and data entry of product complaints.
- Evaluate complaint completeness and request additional information where required.
- Perform initial complaint triage and categorization according to established procedures.
- Prepare and maintain vigilance and adverse-event reports for regulatory authorities worldwide.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze post-market surveillance data from multiple sources.
- Support the revision and maintenance of PMS & Vigilance SOPs, Work Instructions, and associated forms.
- Participate in proactive PMS activities to identify emerging risks and opportunities for product improvement.
- Support Health Hazard Evaluation activities through data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related scientific disciplines.
