    As a Farmson ADL Officer, the individual will be responsible for providing high-quality analytical support for key pharmaceutical projects. This role involves maintaining compliance with safety norms and industry standards, ensuring accurate and compliant test methods, and collaborating with a dedicated team of scientists to drive projects from development to production.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute analytical method development utilizing advanced instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, GC-Head On, GC-Headspace, and UV-Visible spectrophotometer.
    • Maintain documentation and safety norms by strictly adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), housekeeping rules, and related protocols.
    • Draft technical testing standards by preparing clear specifications and test methods for all analytical methods developed within the ADL lab.
    • Assess regulatory compliance by demonstrating a strong knowledge of cut-off activity requirements per active regulatory guidelines.
    • Support ongoing projects including stability sample analysis and routine wet analysis to keep laboratory workflows running efficiently.

    Farmson ADL Officer Eligibility Criteria

    • Education: Master’s degree in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, or pharmacy (M.Sc. / M.Pharm).
    • Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in analytical method development & analytical method validation within a laboratory or pharmaceutical environment.
    • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge and hands-on familiarity with analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, GCHS, UV-Visible spectrophotometers, IR, and KF.
    • Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of GLP guidelines, chemical safety norms, and standard regulatory compliance frameworks.
