Fortrea Apprenticeship Job Description
In this Fortrea Apprenticeship, the Apprentice participates in and executes entry-level department functions in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role includes various responsibilities to support proposal management and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of QTs and assignment, new Quotes requests for proposals, Billing Guide/BRP generation, and managing compliance to Quotes and Quote Track completion guidelines.
- Following up on assignments of SMEs for all APAC RFPs and preparing draft proposals based on RFP information.
- Shadowing Proposal Managers on all aspects of the proposal process and supporting timely delivery of assigned deliverables.
- Working across the organization in a matrix environment to facilitate the process and complete deliverables.
- Performing timely and accurate data entry into corporate databases and supporting internal and external opportunity management negotiations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Working towards a master/bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Clinical Research.
- Experience in delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
