Fortrea Remote Job: Summary of Responsibilities
- Support defined steps of the supplier qualification and re‑qualification processes as part of this Fortrea remote job.
- Accurately collect, organize, and maintain supplier qualification documentation.
- Enter and maintain supplier data in qualification tracking systems.
- Support preparation of qualification packages for internal review.
- Assist with audit readiness by ensuring records are complete, current, and traceable.
- Escalate missing or inconsistent information according to SOPs.
- Follow procedures and processes supporting the end-to-end supplier qualification lifecycle.
Qualifications (Minimum Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, quality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience (Minimum Required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a CRO, pharma, clinical operations, QA, or regulated industry.
- Exposure to document control, compliance, or operations support.
- Understands basic GCP principles.
- Professional, task‑focused communication with internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Include
- Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
