Granules Walk-in Vadodara 2026: Details

Key Responsibilities
FARD-Deputy Manager
- Perform and review analysis of raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability samples, investigations, and commercial product support activities.
- Prepare and review analytical documents including specifications, STPs, protocols, reports, COAS, SOPs, and regulatory deficiency responses.
- Ensure laboratory compliance through instrument qualification, calibration, maintenance, audit trail review, data integrity, safety, and audit readiness.
Quality Control
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring team members, overseeing laboratory operations, driving technology transfer activities, and managing analytical project deliverables within timelines.
FRD (Injectables) – Senior Executive
- Develop and optimize sterile liquid and lyophilized injectable formulations.
- Conduct pre-formulation, compatibility, QbD/DoE, and stability studies.
- Execute lab, scale-up and exhibit batches; support technology transfer.
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues.
- Prepare protocols, development reports, batch records, and regulatory documents, Coordinate with Analytical R&D, QA, QC, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams.
- Lead process scale-up from lab/pilot to commercial manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Understanding of QbD, DoE, scale-up, stability and container-closure systems.
MSAT-Executive / Senior Executive
- Optimize critical process parameters (CPPs) and material attributes (CMAS).
- Drive end-to-end technology transfer (TT), including dossiers and BMR/BPR preparation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing for engineering, exhibit, and validation batch.

Required Skills
FARD Senior Executive (Position 1)
- Formulation Analytical Method development using LCMS/MS-Preferably using waters make
- Formulation Analytical Method development using HPLC/GC/IC/Potentiometry. Brazil-
FARD Senior Executive (Position 2)
- Regulatory analytical experience is mandatory
- Experience in analytical method Development, validation, method transfer, and regulatory filing support
- Exposure to oral solid dosage forms (IR, ER, DR Tablets/Capsules).
- Experience with regulatory markets such as USFDA, EU, and ANVISA submissions.
- Lead analytical method development, verification, pre-validation, transfer, and feasibility studies for regulatory submissions and global filings.
Quality Control
- Strong exposure to analytical method validation/verification/transfer.
- IP/FP/Stability testing using LC/GC/Spectroscopy. (OSD & PFOS preferred)
- Well-versed in GxP/QMS & proficient in Empower, LIMS, Nichlon, QAMS, and DMS.
