Job Description
This Pharma Freshers Job through the Walk-In Interview offers opportunities in both Chemical Research & Development (CRD) and Analytical Research & Development (ARD). Freshers will receive hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical research, laboratory operations, analytical techniques, method development, and scientific documentation while working alongside experienced R&D professionals. Candidates joining CRD will support chemical synthesis, reaction optimization, compound characterization, and laboratory documentation. Those joining ARD will assist in analytical method development, method validation, instrument operation, sample analysis, and regulatory documentation while following GLP, GMP, and SOP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical synthesis and feasibility studies.
- Support reaction optimization activities.
- Characterize compounds using IR, UV, and NMR.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and experimental records.
- Collaborate with project teams and follow safety guidelines.
- Assist in analytical method development and validation.
- Operate HPLC, GC, and UV instruments.
- Perform sample testing and documentation.
- Follow SOPs, GLP, and GMP guidelines.
- Support laboratory maintenance and audits.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, General Chemistry) or M.Pharmacy (Analytical)
- Experience: Freshers (2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs) and candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
