In this Johnson & Johnson job, the Scientist in Pharmacometrics Support will provide technical and operational support to Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics (CPP) leaders across various therapeutic areas. Responsibilities include preparing analysis-ready datasets for PK and/or PD analyses, performing basic pharmacometrics analysis QC, and supporting global regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare analysis-ready datasets for PK and/or PD analyses (ADNCA and NONMEM).
- Perform basic pharmacometrics analysis QC with documentation of checks, findings, and follow-up.
- Support global regulatory submissions by preparing population PK/PD and exposure-response e-submission packages.
- Assist in process improvement, software validation, and technology improvements under senior oversight.
- Follow applicable SOPs, regulatory requirements, and J&J Credo principles.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline.
- 1–3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, or data analysis support.
- Basic proficiency in R for data manipulation.
- Basic understanding of SDTM and ADaM, ADNCA and NONMEM input datasets.
- Good understanding of non-linear mixed-effects modeling and clinical PK/PK/PD concepts.
- Fluency in English.
Travel Requirements
Travel is expected to be about 5%.
