The Rubicon Officer Job involves supporting pharmaceutical formulation development for solid oral and liquid oral products. Responsibilities include performing routine and stability analysis such as dissolution, assay, and related studies. The role also involves supporting method development in compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate documentation under GMP/GLP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmaceutical formulation development for solid and liquid oral products.
- Perform routine and stability analysis (dissolution, assay, RS).
- Assist in method development in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide inputs during Out of Trend (OOT) and failure investigations.
- Maintain online logbooks and LNB entries under GMP/GLP.
- Calibrate instruments and contribute to troubleshooting.
- Assist in development and stability studies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of HPLC, KF titrator, and dissolution tester.
- Exposure to solid and liquid oral dosage forms.
- Willingness to work all shifts and visit external sites as required.
