Lupin Warehouse Job Description
The Lupin warehouse job requires the Warehouse Officer to oversee various activities related to the receipt, storage, and dispensing of raw materials and packaging materials in the warehouse. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling of RM/PM receipt and storage activity in the warehouse.
- Handling of RM/PM dispensing and issuance activity in the warehouse.
- Execution of all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs in the warehouse related to dispensing and material receipt.
- Updating of cGMP logbooks, documents, weighing balances verification/calibration, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring of temperature, relative humidity, and environmental conditions of respective areas.
- Handling of warehouse activities for material location updation, labeling, storage/retrieval of materials, and proper arrangement in the area.
- Handling of Inventory Management System, i.e., SAP, and experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and EBR system.
- Handling of manpower in the warehouse.
- Handling of rejected materials and online rejection as per the defined procedure.
- Handling of stock verification of materials and proper reconciliation as per the procedure.
Work Experience
2 to 7 Years.
Education
- Graduation in Science or related field.
- Diploma in Pharm D or Pharm D Degree.
