- Experience: 0–4 years
- Education: Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience: 0–4 years of relevant practical experience in downstream manufacturing for biopharmaceuticals, specifically with CHO cell lines, monoclonal antibodies, and fusion proteins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain aseptic behavior inside the BMP1 facility.
- Perform downstream activities including buffer preparation, harvest clarification, chromatography, filtration (low pH, intermediate depth, viral), TFF operations, and 0.2 µ filtration.
- Operate and clean downstream equipment per SOPs and EOP.
- Monitor and control processes in downstream operations.
- Maintain quality records and perform in-process product sampling, storage, and submission.
- Take ownership of assigned DSP areas and equipment/instruments.
- Initiate complaint slips and coordinate with QA for line clearance.
- Ensure readiness of the process area for audits and inspections.
- Execute batch activities per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and report nonconformities.
- Track work orders and ensure timely closure.
- Support shipment of samples/final product and maintain packing/dispatch records.
- Execute downstream protocols and equipment/instrument qualifications.
