Key Responsibilities
- In vitro assays (biochemical & cell based) – design and development, compound screening.
- Analysis and interpretation of experimental data.
- Presentation and communication of data to stakeholders.
- Following Syngene’s data quality, integrity and EHSS guidelines.
Educational Qualification
M Pharm or related discipline.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Mammalian cell culture.
- In vitro biology/pharmacology, automation.
- Assay design and development, data analysis and visualization e.g. GraphPad Prism.
- Plate based assays (384-well plate), immunofluorescence/high content imaging.
- Experience in handling primary or iPS-derived cells (neurons, cardiomyocytes, fibroblasts, PBMCs, macrophages).
Other Skills
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet aggressive project timelines.
- Must demonstrate integrity and take accountability for their work
