Job Description
The Research Associate Job in the AMD (API) department involves supporting Analytical Method Development activities for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all analytical processes. This position offers a strong opportunity to grow in a fast-paced R&D environment through a structured Walk-in Drive hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for API compounds
- Perform routine and advanced analysis using HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments
- Conduct method validation as per regulatory guidelines (ICH, GMP standards)
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Maintain proper documentation of experimental data and laboratory records
- Support stability studies and impurity profiling of API samples
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports, summaries, and technical documentation for project work
- Participate in continuous improvement activities within the AMD department
