Key Responsibilities for Manager Job Role:
Change Control Management

Review and approve change control requests raised by cross-functional teams.

Assess GMP, regulatory, and quality impact for equipment, processes, documents, and systems.

Approve and close change controls within defined QMS timelines.
Risk Assessment & Validation
- Perform or verify risk assessments and ensure adequate mitigation.
- Identify validation/qualification requirements and ensure completion.
Documentation Oversight for Manager Job Role:
- Review and approve revised documents including SOPs, BMR/BPR, validation protocols/reports.
- Verify completeness of supporting data.
- Ensure implementation readiness and required training completion.
Compliance Assurance
- Ensure alignment with cGMP, regulatory expectations, GDP, and data integrity (ALCOA+).
- Maintain documentation standards and QMS compliance.
Skills Required for Manager Job Role:
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP, ICH Q10
- Expertise in global regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with automated QMS platforms
- Advanced knowledge of data integrity (ALCOA+)
