Job Description
The Medpace Clinical Research Associate role is designed for individuals with diverse backgrounds in medical and science-related healthcare fields. No prior research experience is needed, as Medpace provides comprehensive initial and ongoing training. The PACE® Training Program prepares CRAs to effectively and confidently carry out their duties while enhancing their skills through interactive discussions and hands-on exercises.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with the approved protocol.
- Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians.
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with good documentation practices and communicate protocol deviations.
- Verify that investigators are enrolling only eligible subjects.
- Review regulatory documents.
- Accountability for medical devices and investigational products.
- Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing significant findings.
Medpace Clinical Research Associate Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 to 4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Willing to travel approximately 60-80% nationally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft® Office.
