Medpace eClinical Coordinator Job Description
For this role, Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based eClinical Coordinator to join their Data Management / eClinical team in Mumbai, India. In this Medpace eClinical Coordinator role, you will work closely with the eClinical Project Manager and other team members to ensure the accuracy of data reported by patients for clinical studies. Additionally, this role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a predictable and standardized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in system design and set-up.
- Create study-specific documents.
- Track and provide key study metrics and project monitoring.
- Additionally, work with clients in obtaining requirements and responding to inquiries.
- Support additional eClinical and Data Management projects as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting preferred.
- Preference for Mumbai-based candidates.
