The Formulation Scientist role listed under Dr Reddy’s Careers will be responsible for end-to-end formulation development, including development, execution, filing, and approval. Additionally, the role involves assessing process feasibility to enable effective product and process knowledge transfer, supporting the selection of suitable manufacturing equipment, and establishing batch sizes based on plant capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review master manufacturing records, batch documents, and regulatory filing documentation.
- Execute and support scale-up, exhibit, validation, submission, and commercial batches.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during technology transfer, validation, and commercial manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Analytical Development, RA, Supply Chain, and external partners.
- Prepare investigation reports, technical assessments, and scientific justifications.
- Support product license applications and global dossiers.
- Address regulatory queries and deficiency letters.
- Conduct risk assessments related to elemental impurities, nitrosamines, and residual solvents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, specifically in OSD/Derma products.
- Not in senior/director/principal/head roles.
