Education & Experience:
B.Tech, B.Pharm, or B.Sc degree with 1–3 years relevant experience with broad theoretical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Conduct on-site education and consulting for healthcare professionals.
- Support field personnel to deliver the best outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
- Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute business unit plans.
- Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
- Collaborate with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams to provide case and sales support.
- Identify and facilitate growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Teams.
- Serve as a technical resource to support sales of specific medical products or solutions.
Specialist Career Stream:

- Deliver and manage assigned projects while adhering to policies and applying specialized knowledge.
