Salary
- Project Research Scientist-I: 56,000 INR per month + House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per the ICMR norms (Approximate emoluments may be 71,120 INR).
- Project Technical Support-III: 28,000 INR per month + House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per the ICMR norms (Approximate emoluments may be 36,400 INR).
NIPER Recruitment: Job Description
The positions offered through this NIPER recruitment are temporary and co-terminus with the project duration. The selected candidates will engage in research activities under the ICMR-funded project, contributing to the development of therapeutic agents for pulmonary fibrosis. Eligibility Criteria
Project Research Scientist-I:
- Essential: First class post-graduate (PG) degree (including integrated PG degree) such as M.S. (Pharm)/ M.Pharm or Equivalent with specialization in Pharmacology & Toxicology/Regulatory Toxicology/Biotechnology; or Second class post-graduate degree in aforementioned disciplines with Ph.D.
- Desirable: Experience in Drug Discovery, NCE screening, In vitro and In vivo Pharmacology models, and Molecular Biology techniques.
Project Technical Support-III:
- Essential: First class post-graduate (PG) degree (including integrated PG degree) such as M.S. (Pharm)/ M.Pharm/MSc or Equivalent with specialization in Pharmacology & Toxicology/Regulatory Toxicology/Biotechnology.
- Desirable: Experience in Pharmacological and Toxicological models, Molecular Techniques, In vitro cell culture techniques.
Age Limit
- Project Research Scientist-I: 35 years as on the date of 4th September 2026.
- Technical Support-III: 35 years as on the date of 4th September 2026.
