Job Description
The Officer in the Autoclave department will be responsible for adhering to safety rules, maintaining BMRs and log books, and supervising the manufacturing of Media fill and Drug product batches. Key responsibilities include performing in-process checks, operating and cleaning various equipment, and ensuring timely completion of SOP training. The role also involves area cleaning, operation of dynamic pass boxes, and preparation of loads for autoclaving.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules as per company norms.
- Maintain BMRs and log books in compliance with cGMP and SOP.
- Supervise Media fill and Drug product batch manufacturing.
- Perform in-process checks during operations.
- Operate and clean various equipment related to the autoclave area.
- Ensure timely completion of SOPs training and on-the-job training.
- Prepare disinfectant and deactivation solutions for production areas.
- Monitor environmental conditions in the compounding and filtration area.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B. Pharm required; M. Pharm preferred.
- Experience: 1 year or more in pharma manufacturing.
