Job Description

As a project data coordinator, you will support clinical project teams worldwide with system access management (including EDC), project reporting, time-entry compliance, SharePoint/mailbox administration, and audit-readiness activities.

Parexel Project Data Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Manage system assignments for internal and external project team members, including EDC access; grant and revoke access promptly
  • Complete scheduled system access reviews and corrections
  • Distribute Time Entry Guidelines and project reports; follow up on time bookings and pass-through reviews where delegated
  • Support worldwide project teams with mailbox/distribution-list maintenance, SharePoint access, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare oversight reports; support audit preparation and quality activities related to system assignment management
  • Complete routine administrative tasks (timesheets, metrics); with training/mentorship, take on basic project-management tasks

Project Data Coordinator Eligibility Criteria

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven relevant experience in an administrative or similar role
  • IT literacy / Microsoft applications; competent written and spoken English and local language

Preferred:

Experience: 0–2 years in Clinical Research / relevant administrative experience (as advertised on discovery source for this req).
