Job Description
This Pharma Fresher Job focuses on supporting pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance activities. The role involves case identification, safety data entry, ICSR processing, MedDRA coding, case follow-up, and regulatory-compliant reporting to ensure patient safety and compliance with global pharmacovigilance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
