Job Description
This pharma fresher job involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organisational SOPs. Pharma Fresher Job – Key Responsibilities
- Support the ethics committee and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with clinical trial sites and investigators.
- Collect and maintain Case Report Forms (CRFs).
- Assist in clinical trial registration and documentation
- Manage investigational products and trial supplies.
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and site documentation.
- Support site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track study timelines and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria For Pharma Fresher Job
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm (Pharmacology/Pharmaceutics)
- Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of clinical research exposure
- Internship or training in clinical trials, CROs, hospitals, or clinical operations is preferred
