Job Description
The Analyst – ROI Operations at MRO Corp plays a critical role in managing and analysing healthcare data entry processes aimed at maximizing data accuracy for healthcare clients. This position demands a detail-oriented professional who will ensure high accuracy standards while meeting target goals within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will support operational efficiency and contribute to data integrity, helping maintain MRO Corp’s commitment to quality service within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and validation processes according to healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain and update internal databases while ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve target-oriented goals.
- Work in different shifts and manage workloads efficiently under pressure.
- Assist in analysing and refining data and processes to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Perform assigned duties with professionalism and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Eligible candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- Any Non-Technical Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
- 0–3 Years
- Experience in:
- Release of Information (ROI)
- Claims Adjudication
- Claims Adjustment
- Medical Billing
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Healthcare document retrieval experience is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA).
- Ability to work in different shifts.
- Knowledge of data entry best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with data processing software/tools is an added advantage.
