Job Description
This Pharma Freshers Job involves dispensing medications safely, ensuring medication accuracy, maintaining pharmacy inventory, and delivering quality pharmaceutical care. The Pharmacist Job requires adherence to hospital policies, NABH standards, the Pharmacy Act, 1948, Karnataka State Pharmacy Council (KSPC) regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As part of this Pharma Freshers Job, the selected Pharmacist will:
- Dispense medications accurately against valid prescriptions.
- Verify dosages, drug interactions, contraindications, and patient details.
- Review prescriptions and coordinate with physicians to resolve discrepancies.
- Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, storage, and potential side effects.
- Ensure compliance with KSPC regulations, the Pharmacy Act, and hospital policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Valid Karnataka State Pharmacy Council (KSPC) registration is mandatory.
- Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy.
- Fresh graduates with a valid KSPC registration are eligible to apply.
