Job Description
The selected candidate for this Pharma Freshers Job will operate and maintain pharmaceutical packing machines, perform changeovers, execute packing activities, maintain cGMP documentation, and ensure safe, efficient production while achieving shift-wise output targets. This Packing Job also involves equipment maintenance, quality checks, and adherence to GMP and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the machine for packing operations as per the production plan using proper resources.
- Perform calibration, cleaning, and setup of equipment as per SOPs and schedules.
- Check and arrange suitable change parts as per product requirements.
- Operate packing machines efficiently to produce quality products.
- Conduct in-process checks and manage labeling and rejection control.
- Maintain equipment and facilities as per SOP for audit readiness.
- Execute and update online documentation to meet cGMP requirements.
- Deliver training to workmen on cGMP and safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Engineering or Pharmacy.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in packing with knowledge of handling QMS activities.
Required Skills
- Understanding of cGMP and safety standards.
- Ability to operate packing machines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and training capabilities.
