    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and perform visual inspection of syringes and vials as per approved procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records in documents like BMR/BPR and inspection logs.
    • Train inspectors and operators on identifying and classifying defects.
    • Monitor inspector performance and ensure they follow SOPs properly.
    • Ensure proper gowning and discipline in the cleanroom area.
    • Follow data integrity (ALCOA+) guidelines in all activities.
    • Review inspection results and ensure correct tracking of accepted and rejected products.

    Qualification

    • Education: Graduation in Pharmacy
    • Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in visual inspection of sterile injectable vials and PFS products, along with proven experience in handling and facing regulatory audits
