Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform visual inspection of syringes and vials as per approved procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in documents like BMR/BPR and inspection logs.
- Train inspectors and operators on identifying and classifying defects.
- Monitor inspector performance and ensure they follow SOPs properly.
- Ensure proper gowning and discipline in the cleanroom area.
- Follow data integrity (ALCOA+) guidelines in all activities.
- Review inspection results and ensure correct tracking of accepted and rejected products.
Qualification
- Education: Graduation in Pharmacy
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in visual inspection of sterile injectable vials and PFS products, along with proven experience in handling and facing regulatory audits
